    How do I place an order? top

    Enjoy browsing the categories to the left of the screen and as you see what you are looking for click "Order". 

    What forms of payment do you accept? top

    Payments are only received via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make your secure purchase.Be sure to choose "guest checkout".

    How long will my order take? top

    Pre-designed orders ships out 2-3 days upon purchase.  Custom party designs orders take up to 2 weeks.  If you are ordering custom designs, please prepare to place your order at least a month prior to your event so that you can receive them in enough time.

    What is your refund policy? top

    Because our work is custom and made just for you, all sales are final. It is VERY important that you carefully check the colors, spelling, and design of the proofs that we send to you via email.  Once we receive your emailed approval, your pretties will go to print.  A delay in your proof approval will result in delay in your turnaround time. Custom design fees are non refundable. 

    What are your turnaround times? top

    Turnaround times are as follows after approval and payment has been received: only include business days (Monday-Friday)

    Pre-Designed Stationery and Accessories, 3-5 business days

    How will my order be shipped? top

    All orders are shipped via USPS. 

    How can I contact you? top

    You can contact us at hello@tishbullard.com. This is the most efficient way that we can get back to you in a short period of time. If you have already placed an order with us, please include your invoice number when sending an email to us. 

    Shipping (Large and Small) top

    Large Orders- Large paper, book, and bundle orders ship for a flat rate of $12. For orders over $100, shipping is free. (only in US Continental; USPS)

    Small Orders-Small paper orders such as small notepads, pens and paper clips ships for a flat fee of $7.

    Overnight/Express shipping may be purchased for a fee of $39.99.

    Sales tax (9.75%) will be applied to all Arkansas orders-if we ship to an Arkansas zip code (the tax will apply).

    Will you copy designs from other designers? top

    Simply put, no! However, if you have designs that inspire you we would certainly take a look but will not compromise our integrity (or another designer's hard work) by being a copycat. We are certain that we can create something that is uniquely you, just ask us!

    I love to be crafty myself, could you show me how to do what you do so I can create my party items at home? top

    We love meeting other crafty and creative ladies and know how hard it is sometimes to let go. But unfortunately, we do not provide tips, steps, or tutorials on how we create our designs.  We try our best to keep our costs down to you by only offering our services online and by keeping our inventory to a minimum.
