How do I place an order?

Enjoy browsing the categories to the left of the screen and as you see what you are looking for click "Order".

What forms of payment do you accept?

There are a variety ways you can purchase using your debit/credit card. You can select an option at the time of checkout.

How long will my order take?

Currently, regular orders can take approximately 4 weeks. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19.

What is your refund policy?

Because majority of our work is custom and made just for you, all sales are final. It is VERY important that you carefully check the colors, spelling, and design of custom stationery proofs that we send to you via email. Once we receive your emailed approval, your pretties will go to print. A delay in your proof approval will result in delay in your turnaround time. Custom design fees are non-refundable.

You will receive a tracking number (USPS) on your online orders. Once you receive your tracking, the item(s) are no longer the responsibility of ShopTishB.com or TishBullard.com.

We cannot replace lost or stolen items.

What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround times are as follows after approval and payment has been received: only include business days (Monday-Friday)

Currently, regular orders can take up to 4 weeks for shipping.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

How can I contact you?

You can contact us at tish@tishbullard.com. This is the most efficient way that we can get back to you in a short period of time. If you have already placed an order with us, please include your invoice number when sending an email to us.

Shipping (Large and Small)

Shipping Rates start at $7.00.

Orders over $75, shipping is free (only in US Continental; USPS)

Will you copy designs from other designers?

Simply put, no! However, if you have designs that inspire you we would certainly take a look but will not compromise our integrity (or another designer's hard work) by being a copycat. We are certain that we can create something that is uniquely you, just ask us!

I love to be crafty myself, could you show me how to do what you do so I can create my own designs at home?

We love meeting other crafty and creative people and know how hard it is sometimes to let go. But unfortunately, we do not provide tips, steps, or tutorials on how we create majority of our designs. We try our best to keep our costs down to you by only offering our services online and by keeping our inventory to a minimum. Thank you for supporting me here.
